What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. It requires a 12-month commitment and is billed annually. Monthly billing offers more flexibility with month-to-month payments and the option to cancel anytime.
What's the commitment for your plans?
For all of our plans, you have two options:
- Monthly billing with no ongoing commitment. You can cancel anytime.
- Annual billing with a 12-month commitment, offering a 20% discount. Business plans are customized to your needs and typically start with a 12-month commitment.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you'll retain access to your account and remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't prorate for partial months, so you'll have full access for the period you've paid for.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits don't expire, but you need an active subscription to use them. If you reactivate after canceling, you'll regain access to any unused credits from your previous subscription.
How do credits carry over?
Unused credits automatically roll over month-to-month with an active subscription, allowing you to accumulate credits for larger projects or busier periods.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my credits if I change plans?
When upgrading, unused credits carry over to your new plan. When downgrading, you keep existing credits but start accruing new ones at your new plan's rate.
Can I add additional users to my plan?

What are credits used for and how do I use them?
Credits are the currency you use to generate assets (what we call HypeCards) within HypeFactor. They are automatically deducted from your account when you create content. Here's how it works:
- When you initiate the creation of any asset, the corresponding number of credits is automatically deducted from your balance.
- You don't need to manually allocate credits; the system handles this for you.
- Different assets require different numbers of credits, based on their complexity and the resources needed to generate them.

- Brand Heart Package: 200 credits
- Blog Post: 60 credits
- Pillar Page: 80 credits
- Email Series (5 emails): 50 credits

How do I monitor my credit balance?
Your current credit balance is always visible in your account dashboard. We also send low-balance notifications to help you manage your usage.
